About ACCES
Autism Center Committed to Educate Scientifically
ACCES provides services based in applied behavior analysis to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Relying on the most current research based practices, ACCES customizes treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. Motivation is the driving factor for participation in treatment; therefore, ACCES stresses the importance of relationship building and creating fun work environments for our clients.

Social Skills Groups
Social skills are a core deficit area for many of our clients. Utilizing effective ABA interventions, ACCES seeks to help clients develop an understanding and awareness of social skills in a variety of settings. Role play is an integral part of group; helping clients practice and master target skills in controlled conditions. Generalization is emphasized through practice under more natural circumstances.
Individual Therapy
Therapy focuses on improving adaptive skills and reducing maladaptive behavior. Social goals are emphasized as there are opportunities for peer interactions.

Pre-school Age Clinic
ACCES provides 1:1 and group therapy in a clinic setting for pre-school age children. Language development is a primary focus of the ACCES clinic. he clinic is uniquely designed; embedding language in every activity (i.e., direct instruction, physical activity, circle time) using a Verbal Behavior approach.
Parent Training
ACCES supervisors and behavior technicians support families in generalizing learning skills to everyday living. ACCES also provides training to families in both behavioral reduction strategies and skill acquisition techniques; providing a toolbox for families to utilize outside of treatment.

In-Home services
ACCES provides ABA in-home treatment to clients that are tailored to meet the needs of each unique individual. Treatment focuses on improving adaptive behavior (i.e., functional communication, daily living skills, social skills, play community) while decreasing behavioral excesses. Parent training is embedded into treatment sessions to support generalization of target skills outside of treatment sessions.
